The Dirty Cream © makes a commitment to accept the order of the customer in the terms of its general conditions of sale. By confirming and by validating his order, the customer confirms accepting the completeness of these conditions put at the disposal on the site, and recognizes to have a perfect knowledge.

The Dirty Cream © makes sure that every package is carefully prepared and that every work is protected in best (paper bubbles / box stiff) to limit any deterioration during the transit !!!
SENDING IN EUROPEAN UNION / USA / CANADA / … :

Delays : your parcel is delivered within 4 in 8 indicative working days, according to the destination
Tranquillity : you benefit from an integrated insurance going to 198,70 € following the weight, in case of loss or deterioration.
Confidence : the distribution of the parcel is made against signature of the addressee. In case of absence, a notice of stake in authority is left in the mailbox of the addressee. He indicates the address and phone number of the post office where to remove the parcel. The addressee has then 15 consecutive days to get back it.
Traceability : at any time you can follow your parcel on the site of The Post office by seizing your number with parcel.
DELAYS :
The average delay in European Union is of 72 hours not guaranteed.
If the product is indicated available on the site: the order will be treated from Monday morning till Saturday to 12 hours. The successful orders will be treated during the day except holidays and exceptional days of closure of the site (clarified if necessary and clearly visible in homepage).
The Dirty Cream © cannot see its involved responsability in case of delay in delivery.
POSSIBLE TAXES :
For articles delivered outside France, possible taxes and customs duties can be imposed when your parcel reaches destination. These customs duties and these possible taxes are at your expense and recover from your responsibility. We are not anxious to verify and to inform you about customs duties and applicable taxes. To know them, we advise you to inquire with the proper authorities of your country.
COOLING-OFF PERIOD :
According to the law of January 6th, 1988, the customer arranges a delay of seven true days as from the delivery of his order to make return for The Dirty Cream © of the intact product, that is not opened, not tested, in his original packing, in perfect state and accompanied with all the possible accessories, notes of employment and documentations. In case of exercise of the right of retraction, the salesman is held the repayment of the sums paid by the customer for a maximum delay of 30 days.
